Service description
NexaBuilder is a contractor lead generation and matching platform. We connect homeowners in Southern California with CSLB-verified licensed contractors. We provide AI-powered project assessments and cost estimates as informational tools only — they are not quotes or guarantees of project cost.
Contractor matching
NexaBuilder matches you with contractors based on your project type, location, and other factors. We do not employ contractors and are not responsible for the work performed by matched contractors. All contractors in our network are verified against the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) database, but we cannot guarantee contractor availability, project timelines, or final costs.
No guarantee of results
NexaBuilder does not guarantee that you will find a contractor, that any contractor will accept your project, or that any project will be completed on time or on budget. AI-generated cost estimates are based on regional data and are for informational purposes only. Always obtain a written contract from your contractor before work begins.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your project, respond promptly to contractor inquiries, verify contractor licenses independently through the CSLB website (www.cslb.ca.gov), obtain all required permits before work begins, and not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Communications consent
By submitting a project request, you consent to receive phone calls, emails, and text messages from NexaBuilder and matched contractors. See our Privacy Policy for full TCPA disclosure.
Intellectual property
All content on NexaBuilder, including text, graphics, logos, and the NexaBuilder mascot characters (Piscina Man, El Techador, La Jardinera, El Electricista, El Plomero, El Contratista), are the property of NexaBuilder and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of liability
NexaBuilder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your engagement with matched contractors. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action participation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The CSLB License number for our contractor referral activities is #1127866.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
